Main auxiliary system of Ruijie fiber laser marking machine

Though auxiliary, they are necessary parts for fiber laser cutting machine. Main configuration for auxiliary system included water chiller,  exhausting fans, gas, industrial personal computer.

Water chiller: used in cool fiber laser generator and fiber laser cutting head

Exhausting fans: blow away smoke and dust during working process

Gas: frequently-used gas for fiber laser cutting machine is N2, O2 and compressed air. Common usage of these 3 gas is used to below away residual.

For N2, it is usually-used in cutting stainless steel. As we know, during cutting process,  stainless steel is easy to oxidation, N2 is to prevent stainless steel from oxidation.

O2 is one type of combustion-supporting gas, used in cutting carbon steel, in industry, carbon steel plate sheet is thick, to save time and improve efficiency, 02 is used to enlarge fiber laser’s strength. 

Compressed air is used to increase/reduce compressor during cutting process.
